We are located at the North end of Hernando Beach, with a 3 minute boat ride to the Gulf and all it offers.
If you like Pina Coladas..... Then Gulf Breeze is your ideal spot. As soon as you enter the property, cares and worries begin to fade away. Watch the sunrise over the Gulf of America and the Hernando Beach Flats, often referred to as the world's largest swimming pool. Our upstairs balcony offers stunning views. Take in the sun on our boat dock or enjoy the shade of our covered gazebo, giving you the chance to see visiting dolphins and fishes- all while cooking up a storm. Go for a swim right off our dock, or take out the kayaks that are provided and explore the Nature Coast and local Weeki Wachee River. Rod and Reels are provided and many a dinner was caught right off our sea wall. As the sun sets, enjoy the peaceful quiet as the gulf breezes surround you. The underwater LED fish light positioned off the gazebo turns the canals into your own personal fish tank.

Our Home
Relax in our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home. In addition to our fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious meal, downstairs we have a outdoor kitchen/bar area for entertaining. This is our favorite place to gather and watch our favorite teams on the outdoor Large screen TV. Cast iron cookware is provided in the outdoor kitchen for the 4 burner gas stove. A gas grill and refrigerator are included. We ask that any seafood/fish is cooked in the outdoor kitchen and not inside.
Unique to our Home is the layout. The main living space on the second floor has two bedrooms, a king bed in bedroom one and full size bunk beds in bedroom two. Downstairs has two bedrooms, each with their own entrance and private bath. Great for extended family or couple trips.
(Each bedroom has a smart TV and a smart TV in the living room.)
Our home is located on the North end of Hernando Beach. The open water of the Gulf is less then 3 minutes away by boat.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was exactly as posted. The host was responsive with all questions and concerns. We will definitely be staying here again. finally an Air BNB that matches the pictures!!!
Gorgeous house and great location. The house and property were well maintained and very clean. Great location, very convenient to get out to the gulf for scalloping and some great local restaurants near by. Absolutely wonderful trip, will definitely be back!
We had such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature—we even saw dolphins right from the property. Kayaking and fishing were so much fun, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The upper porch was our favorite spot, with breathtaking sunset views each evening. Truly a beautiful and peaceful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!
Great place on a nice quiet canal. Stocked full of everything we may have forgotten. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay, and can't wait to go back! Great home, fantastic location for our boating adventures, scalloping and fishing, Wonderful layout for a group/families. We all had a blast.
Been towing our boat down and staying in Hernando Beach for many years now for our annual scalloping trip. We decided to give this home a try and it was perfect. Elisabeth was a wonderful host, extremely helpful, communicative, and friendly. My family had a great time and will very likely be booking this home as our base of operations for next year's trip and beyond.
Wonderful home and perfect for our annual trip. This is our second year at this location and I've already booked for next year's visit. Couldn't be happier.
Elizabeth’s place was absolutely everything we wanted for the 4th of July weekend. Her place is right on the water, easy access to our boat, nice breeze, and peaceful surroundings. Home was large enough for our family and our two dogs! They loved being outside by the water as much as we did! All the rooms were decorated nicely, clean, and had everything we needed. Elizabeth left us drinks, snacks, and even treats for our dogs which was very appreciative. She communicated well, answered, all of my questions, and even gave us information about events in the area. Neighbors were super nice, and welcoming. Outdoor kitchen was great and we cooked out there for our entire stay. Really couldn’t have asked for anything more, I would highly recommend, and definitely will be back!
